Blue Chartered is an auditing and accounting firm (CPA Firm) licensed by the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (“ACAR”), a professional tax agent licensed by the General Department of Taxation (“GDT”). We are also member of the Kampuchea Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Auditors (“KICPAA”). Our team is committed to providing high-quality professional services, including audit and assurance, advisory, taxation, and outsourced solutions to our clients operating in Phon Penh and as well as other provinces in Cambodia.

Audit services

Our professional audit team has enough experience and expertise in accounting, financial reporting, and auditing that could carry out our audit effectively and efficiently. Our risk-based audit approach helps us put our effort more into the assessed risks of material misstatements at the financial statement and assertion level.

Agreed-Upon procedures

Our professional’s team, whose has experience in performing Agreed-upon procedures (AUP) engagement for the financial institution, non-profit organization, and funding agencies, are able to deliver such services.

Taxation

We are a agent licensed by the General Department of Taxation and we are working with Small and Medium-sized Entities to serve them in the areas of our expertise including Monthly and Annual Tax Return preparation and submission, and Tax-health checks.

Internal audit services

We offer a range of internal audit services including a completed outsourcing internal audit function and co-sourcing.

Compilation of financial information

Our professional teams have professional experiences and expertise in accounting and financial reporting that could help our clients to compile financial statements in accordance with CIFRSs and CIFRS for SMEs.
